The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of relevant iGaming / Casino Industry experience and be capable of leading a team while working on scalable backend and AI-integrated applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Node.js developers across multiple projects.Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices.Work on iGaming / Casino Platform-based applications and backend systems.Architect and integrate AI-powered solutions using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, DevOps, AI, and QA teams.Handle project planning, task allocation, and technical decision-making.Build and maintain RESTful APIs and real-time systems.Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide technical solutions.Research and implement modern backend and AI technologies.Technical Skills RequiredMust-Have SkillsStrong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and Backend Architecture.Minimum 1+ Year of hands-on experience in the iGaming / Casino Industry – Mandatory.Strong understanding of iGaming / Casino platforms and their backend systems.Hands-on experience with AI APIs and LLM integrations.Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API security.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.Strong leadership and team management experience.Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with LangChain, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools.Knowledge of WebSockets and scalable real-time systems.Exposure to Kubernetes and serverless architecture.Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.Experience working with gaming, casino, betting, or other iGaming-related platforms.Leadership ResponsibilitiesMentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.Conduct code reviews and technical evaluations.Ensure timely delivery of projects and sprint goals.Manage team productivity and technical escalations.Coordinate with clients/stakeholders for technical discussions.Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
