Greetings From Linnk … Hiring: Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Ajman, UAE Experience: 5–8+ Years Contract: 6 Months (Renewable)We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation project, with strong expertise in Payroll implementation, configuration, integrations, and data migration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, implementation, and enhancements.Configure payroll elements, Fast Formula, balances, costing, and payroll flows.Manage Core HR configurations and payroll data migration using HDL/HSDL.Develop and support OIC integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and banking/WPS integrations.Build reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.Conduct SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, and defect resolution.Coordinate with business stakeholders and implementation vendors to ensure successful payroll go-live.Must-Have SkillsOracle Fusion Payroll implementation and configuration.Fast Formula and Core HR.HDL/HSDL and payroll data migration.Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API integrations.BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.Payroll testing, SIT/UAT, and parallel runs.Experience in 2–3 successful Payroll go-lives.Preferred: UAE/GCC payroll experience, including WPS and end-of-service gratuity.
