🚀 Senior Project Manager | Highways & Infrastructure | Up to £90kReady to take the lead on projects that genuinely make a difference?This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio of highways and infrastructure schemes, from early feasibility through to construction.You'll have the chance to shape projects that improve how people travel, connect communities and create safer, more accessible infrastructure — all within a growing consultancy where your expertise, ideas and contribution will be recognised.📍 Location: Birmingham / Hybrid💷 Salary: Up to £90,000🏗️ Sector: Highways & Infrastructure🔧 The RoleLead the delivery of highways and infrastructure projects from concept and feasibility through to construction.Oversee schemes involving local and strategic highways, junction improvements, traffic management, active travel and public transport infrastructure.Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and multidisciplinary teams.Lead technical development, ensuring designs meet relevant National Highways standards, DMRB and road safety requirements.Prepare and oversee technical reports, feasibility studies, design documentation and tender packages.Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, contractors and wider project stakeholders.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, helping develop the team's capabilities.👤 What You'll BringProven experience delivering highways or wider infrastructure engineering projects.Strong technical knowledge of highway design, transport planning, traffic management and infrastructure improvements.Experience managing projects, budgets and multidisciplinary teams.Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or GIS.A Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification.Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, or actively working towards it.⭐ Why Apply?Up to £90k for the right experience.Profit share scheme bonusBupa private healthcareTake ownership of a diverse portfolio of meaningful infrastructure projects.Enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of a hands-on consultancy environment.Work closely with senior leadership and have a visible impact on the business.Develop your career while leading projects that benefit communities.💬 Interested in finding out more?
