We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of this strategic business transformation initiative.This is a high-profile opportunity to drive organisation-wide change, working closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, and implementation partners to deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term value.The OpportunityAs Senior IT Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, Project Financial Management (PPM), and HCM capabilities. You'll be responsible for guiding the programme through mobilisation, design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and benefits realisation, ensuring the solution supports a complex global operating model.This role requires a strong blend of programme leadership, stakeholder management, business transformation expertise, and Oracle Cloud implementation experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Leadership & DeliveryLead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, PPM, and HCM programmes.Own programme scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, resources, and benefits.Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across business, technology, data, testing, change, and deployment workstreams.Manage programme dependencies, governance, decision-making and executive reporting.Ensure delivery aligns with agreed business objectives and transformation outcomes.Oracle Finance & Project Financial ManagementLead the delivery of Oracle Financials modules including:General LedgerAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableFixed AssetsCash ManagementFinancial ReportingDrive implementation of Oracle Project Financial Management (PPM) capabilities.Support the standardisation of financial processes, controls, governance, and reporting frameworks.Ensure readiness for financial close, audit requirements, and statutory reporting.Oracle HCM DeliveryOversee the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions including:Core HRAbsence ManagementTime & LabourTalent ManagementWorkforce ReportingPartner with HR leadership to optimise and standardise global hire-to-retire processes.Lead workforce data migration and organisational structure alignment.Ensure compliance with regional regulatory and governance requirements.Business TransformationDrive business-led transformation rather than system implementation alone.Facilitate process redesign workshops and champion Oracle best-practice adoption.Promote standardisation, automation, and simplification across the organisation.Ensure alignment across Finance, HR, Projects, Procurement, and Reporting functions.Vendor & Partner ManagementManage Oracle implementation partners and third-party suppliers.Oversee statements of work, delivery milestones, commercial performance, and contractual obligations.Hold suppliers accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes.Foster effective collaboration between internal and external teams.About YouWe're looking for a proven transformation leader with:Significant experience delivering large-scale ERP, Finance, or HCM transformation programmes.A minimum of three full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycles in a senior programme leadership role.Strong experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle HCM solutions.Experience managing programmes valued at £5m+.Experience operating within complex, multi-country and multi-entity environments.Strong supplier, systems integrator, and third-party vendor management experience.Demonstrable ability to engage executive stakeholders at CFO, CHRO, CIO, and C-suite level.Excellent governance, risk management, budgeting, and benefits realisation expertise.What's on Offer?Lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme with significant executive visibility.Work within a global organisation investing heavily in digital transformation.Influence strategic business change across Finance, HR, and Project Delivery functions.Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and flexible working arrangements.Excellent long-term career progression opportunities within a growing transformation environment.Senior Project Manager | Oracle Fusion Cloud Transformation | Salesforce | D365 | London | £100k+
