Senior Project Manager (Construction/Infrastructure )

Project Manager / Section Head – Emirati📍 Location: Abu Dhabi / Al AinWe are looking for a qualified Emirati with experience in Construction, Infrastructure or Civil Engineering.Position & Experience:Project Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience.Section Head: 6+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality requirements.Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and support timely resolution.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to support effective project delivery.Review project milestones, reports, and updates to maintain control over schedule and quality.Support site-level issue resolution and follow up on project implementation requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable project procedures, standards, and delivery requirements.Contribute to improving project execution practices and delivery performance.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, or Diploma with 7 years of experience (for Section Head level).For Project Manager level, candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience are welcome.Strong project management experience, preferably in construction projects.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery to deadlines.Strong understanding of project execution, quality control and time management.Regional knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain is preferred.Preferred Industry Background:🏗️ Construction | Infrastructure | Civil Engineering | Roads & Highways | Public Infrastructure | Utilities
