Senior Site Engineer-Civil

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil to join our rail project team, with a focus on the construction and execution of railway substations and shade structures.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities for railway substations and shade structures.Ensure execution of foundations, concrete works, structural elements, and associated civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate with MEP, electrical, structural, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.Monitor subcontractors, site progress, manpower, and construction materials.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and approved method statements.Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing, and approval of completed works.Review construction drawings, resolve site technical issues, and coordinate with the technical office.Maintain daily site reports and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 8 years of relevant civil construction experience.Previous experience in railway projects, substations, utility buildings, or shade structures is highly preferred.Strong experience in foundations, reinforced concrete works, and structural construction.Experience working with a main contractor on infrastructure or railway projects is preferred.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Strong site supervision, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
