You will act as a senior technical writer and process owner on high-complexity defense bids, turning sophisticated engineering solutions into persuasive, compliant proposals that win.Key responsibilitiesWrite, edit, and restructure complex proposal sections, including executive summaries, management approaches, past performance narratives, and technical discriminatorsCoordinate data calls across internal engineering teams and external tier-1 subcontractors to gather accurate, verified inputsPerform detailed red-line checks and compliance audits on draft volumes ahead of formal color team reviewsHelp improve proposal knowledge libraries, boilerplate repositories, and standard templatesTranslate technical capabilities into clear client benefits and win themesWhat we’re looking for5 to 8 years of professional experience in defense bidding, technical writing, or proposal coordinationBackground in defense, aerospace, or complex technical engineeringFamiliarity with government tender structures and military specifications (Mil-Specs)Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Engineering, or a related technical disciplineExceptional technical writing and editing skills, with strong organizational and stakeholder management abilitiesNice to haveExperience with RFP, RFQ, and ITT responses and color team reviewsExposure to Tawazun or other UAE government tender processes, or offset and industrial participation requirementsExperience building or maintaining proposal content libraries
