Location: Seattle, WashingtonIndustry: Commercial ServicesCompensation: $230,000+ Base Salary | Significant Performance Bonus | Stock OptionsSearch: ConfidentialPosition OverviewWe are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead and scale a growing commercial services organization based in Seattle, Washington.This executive will be responsible for driving operational performance, developing strong leadership teams, improving profitability, and building the systems and processes necessary to support continued growth.The ideal candidate is a proven operator who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and has experience managing complex, multi-team or multi-location operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations across the organization, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and performance.Develop and execute operational strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and long-term scalability.Build, mentor, and lead high-performing management teams.Establish clear performance metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability systems.Drive improvements in efficiency, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational P&L performance.Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, expansion opportunities, and organizational development.Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and create sustainable processes that support growth.Ideal Candidate ProfileSignificant senior leadership experience in operations, ideally within commercial services, field services, industrial services, or a related industry.Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing complex operational environments.Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, profitability, and P&L performance.Proven ability to scale organizations, develop leaders, and improve operational performance.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Hands-on leadership style with a strong bias toward execution, accountability, and results.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executive leadership and ownership.Compensation & OpportunityBase Salary: Starting at $230,000, with flexibility to go higher for an exceptional candidate.Performance Bonus: Significant bonus opportunity tied to individual and company performance.Equity: Stock options offering participation in the company's long-term growth.
