Senior Workday Architect / EngineerJob Location: Hybrid (Local to Oh, Columbus will be preferred)Industry: - Utility Preferred. Experience: 8+ Years in Workday Implementation and ArchitectureVisa: Accepting US Citizens/GC Holders only….Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Workday solution architecture across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and/or Adaptive Planning.Design and manage Workday security models, business processes, organizational structures, and configurations.Develop and govern integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST, and SOAP APIs.Lead PeopleSoft-to-Workday data conversion, migration planning, and legacy-system coexistence.Architect integrations between Workday Financials/Procurement, PeopleSoft, and IBM Maximo.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing, along with cutover and go-live planning.Mentor delivery teams and support Workday release management and ongoing optimization.Required Qualifications8+ years of Workday implementation or architecture experience.At least one full-lifecycle Workday implementation as a Lead Architect.Strong expertise in Workday HCM and/or Financial Management.Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API integrations.Experience with PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration and data conversion.Workday Pro certification in HCM, Integrations, Financials, or a related module.Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio, for the duration of the engagement.Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating Workday with IBM Maximo.Background in utilities, energy, or other asset-intensive industries.Experience with procurement, enterprise asset management, and financial data flows.Knowledge of Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, and regulated-industry compliance requirements.Prior consulting or client-facing transformation experience.Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH, and work onsite.
