Role: ServiceNow Project Manager (Delivery)Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaContract: Yearly Renewable Contract Role SummaryLead end-to-end delivery of a large ServiceNow transformation that consolidates legacy ITSM and GRC platforms onto a single ServiceNow instance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn planning, scope, budget, risk, quality and timelines for the programmeLead phased rollout of ITSM/ITOM, BCM, IRM, TPRM and Data Privacy modulesManage legacy platform migration, data migration, cutover and decommissioningCoordinate integrations with Oracle ERP, JIRA and other internal systemsManage the implementation partner, developers, architects and consultantsRun governance: steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs, change controlAlign with CIO office and business stakeholders on requirements, acceptance and go-liveEnsure compliance with SAMA and information security requirementsMust-Have8+ years in IT project management, including 3+ years delivering ServiceNow programmesMulti-module ServiceNow delivery, ideally ITSM plus GRC/IRMLegacy ITSM/GRC migration experience (BMC Helix, Archer or similar)Integration delivery (ERP, JIRA, APIs)Banking or financial services backgroundArabic Speakers preferred
