Site Civil Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to oversee the execution of residential and villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and delivering projects on time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site execution of structural and finishing works.Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.Raise and close inspection requests (WIR/IR) and maintain project documentation.Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety on site.Manage snagging, rectification, and project handover activities.RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.3-5 years of Applying country experience in residential, villa, or building construction.Experience with real estate developers or reputed main contractors.Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, WIRs, and consultant inspections.Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Applying country driving licence is an advantage.
