The team is committed to prioritizing client needs and ensuring accurate, efficient documentation and service delivery.Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering works at project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs and standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and internal teams, and monitoring project progress against plans and schedules. The role includes reviewing drawings, specifications, and BOQs, performing site inspections, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution. The Site Civil Engineer will also assist in planning and resource allocation, support stormwater and drainage management solutions, and prepare daily reports and documentation related to site activities.Qualifications Civil engineering knowledge and experience, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineers competencies.Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Planning for infrastructure and site development projects.Experience with Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related site utilities.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.Practical experience in site supervision, construction management, and quality control.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.Familiarity with relevant codes, safety regulations, and best practices in civil construction.Proficiency in basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
