Role DescriptionWe are seeking technically skilled and detail-oriented professionals for the positions of Test Engineer / Civil Engineer. You will collaborate with design engineers, development teams, and quality assurance professionals to identify defects, investigate performance issues, and verify compliance with technical specifications. Additional duties may include configuring test equipment, maintaining testing records, performing troubleshooting activities, supporting validation processes, and recommending corrective actions. You will also help improve testing methods, ensure measurement accuracy, and contribute to product reliability and continuous quality improvement.As a Civil Engineer, you will contribute to the planning, design, construction, and evaluation of infrastructure and structural projects. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings, assessing design specifications, conducting technical calculations, and coordinating project activities to ensure that work meets established requirements. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other engineering professionals to resolve technical challenges and support project delivery. Additional duties may include reviewing construction documentation, evaluating materials, monitoring project progress, preparing technical reports, and supporting inspections and quality assurance activities. You will also help identify project risks, recommend practical design improvements, and ensure that engineering solutions comply with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Both positions require accurate documentation, effective communication, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Successful candidates will contribute to reliable testing outcomes, high-quality engineering work, efficient project execution, and continuous improvement while supporting organizational objectives and maintaining professional standards.QualificationsA degree or diploma in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical specifications, testing methodologies, and quality assurance.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, test procedures, and engineering documentation.Familiarity with test planning, data analysis, equipment calibration, and technical troubleshooting is advantageous for Test Engineer roles.Knowledge of structural principles, construction materials, infrastructure systems, and design standards is beneficial for Civil Engineer roles.Understanding of quality control, risk assessment, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with CAD software, testing instruments, engineering simulation tools, or data analysis applications is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and technical analysis.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Commitment to technical accuracy, quality assurance, safety, and continuous improvement.A proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn emerging technologies and engineering practices.
