Eleven Plus Decoration Design offers a professional environment where design, engineering, and craftsmanship come together to realize luxury projects.Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities for luxury mansion projects, ensuring that design intent is accurately executed during construction. The Site Engineer coordinates with designers, contractors, and suppliers, monitors progress, and resolves technical issues on site. Daily tasks include supervising civil and structural works, conducting quality checks, reviewing drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. The role also involves reporting on project status, managing site documentation, and supporting timely, high-quality project delivery aligned with client expectations.QualificationsAbility to work effectively in on-site environments, including managing daily site operations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.Strong communication skills to liaise with design teams, contractors, clients, and suppliers, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.Experience in quality control, including inspecting works, verifying materials, and ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations.Background in structural engineering or civil engineering, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and solve engineering challenges on site.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.Proficiency in construction drawings, site measurement, and relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar) is an advantage.Knowledge of local building codes, health and safety practices, and luxury residential construction standards.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
