Key ResponsibilitiesDiscovery & Design: Lead requirements gathering and solution design across the Dell portfolio: PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerMax, PowerScale, Unity XT, VxRail and PowerProtect.Data Protection: Design and size Dell Backup solutions and Commvault backup.Sizing & Proposals: Produce sizing, BoMs, architectures, proposals and RFP/tender responses using LiveOptics, Dell sizers and Commvault tools.Demos & PoCs: Present solutions and run demos and proofs of concept, remotely or at customer sites.Design Authority: Create clear HLD/LLD documentation and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams.Sales Support: Help address technical and competitive objections, speed up evaluations, and keep opportunity and quote records accurate.Enablement: Stay current on new and competing technologies, and share knowledge with sales, technical teams and partners.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.12+ years of presales experience, preferably with Dell infrastructure.Hands-on Dell sizing experience and practical Commvault knowledge.Good understanding of VMware vSphere / VCF.Strong presentation, demo and technical writing skills.Fluent English/Arabic A self-starter and team player with a client-focused attitude.CertificationsDell Midrange Storage Solutions Design.Dell PowerProtect Solutions Design.Commvault Certified Professional.PowerScale Design.Dell PowerEdge Operate (D-PE-OE-23).
