Stakeholder Lead

The incumbent will lead in stakeholder management, authority approvals and utility coordination throughout the design and construction of major infrastructure projects in Dubai, including mega underground linear infrastructure with complex third-party interfaces.

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning or a related engineering discipline from a recognised university.
• At least 15 years’ professional experience in infrastructure engineering or project delivery, including: o At least 10 years’ experience in stakeholder management, authority approvals and utility coordination in Dubai. o At least five years in a leadership role managing stakeholder teams on major infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder approvals throughout the design and construction phases in Dubai.
• A proven record of successfully completing at least two mega underground linear infrastructure projects involving multiple government authorities and complex third-party interfaces. Relevant projects include deep sewer or stormwater tunnels, metro, rail, major water transmission or strategic utility projects.
