Senior Façade Structural Engineer – Dubai, UAESalary: AED 16,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience)Albion Recruitment is working with a leading Dubai-based real estate developer seeking an experienced Senior Façade Structural Engineer to join its specialist Façade & Aluminium Division.The company has its own manufacturing and production facilities, delivering major high-rise developments, luxury residential schemes and landmark projects across the Middle East.This is an excellent opportunity to join an established developer with a strong pipeline of projects and genuine long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Structural design and engineering of curtain walling, glazing, aluminium and steel façade systems.Wind load analysis, structural calculations, thermal movement, deflection and stress assessments.Structural verification of aluminium profiles, brackets, anchors and façade connections.Finite Element Analysis (FEA), glass calculations and façade system optimisation.Preparation of structural calculation reports, technical submissions and consultant approvals.Close coordination with design, engineering, manufacturing and installation teams.Ensuring full compliance with UAE Building Codes, international standards and project specifications.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 7 years' experience in façade structural engineering.Proven experience on major high-rise, commercial and luxury residential developments.Strong technical knowledge of curtain walling, structural glazing, aluminium systems and wider façade packages.Proficient in relevant engineering software, including SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RFEM, SJ MEPLA and IDEA StatiCa.Excellent knowledge of UAE Building Codes, ASCE, ASTM, AISC and Eurocodes.Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.UAE or GCC national with the right to work in the UAE without residence visa sponsorship.The Opportunity:An opportunity to work directly for a leading developer, within a fully integrated façade division covering design, engineering, manufacturing and installation.You'll be involved in some of the region's most high-profile developments, with excellent scope for technical development and career progression.For further information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch directly.
