📍 Location: Balkumari, Lalitpur, Nepal💼 Employment Type: Full-time🎓 Experience: 5–15 years of relevant experience after completing a bachelor’s degree🔹 Key Responsibilities✅ Manage Microsoft Entra ID, user identities, MFA, Conditional Access, and access permissions.✅ Provision and manage laptops, endpoint security, device enrolment, patching, and encryption.✅ Administer SaaS platforms, user accounts, integrations, and permissions.✅ Manage software licences, renewals, costs, and utilisation.✅ Maintain security baselines, backups, mobile device management (MDM), and compliance documentation.✅ Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions.✅ Develop IT documentation, create runbooks, and automate repetitive tasks.💻 Platforms You’ll Manage

• 5–15 years of relevant professional experience after completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft and Google environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing multiple SaaS platforms and learning new technologies quickly.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage IT operations end to end.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and automation skills.
• A security-first mindset and the ability to collaborate asynchronously across different time zones.⭐ Preferred Skills
• Azure DevOps.
• Advanced Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and identity governance.
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API scripting.
• Experience supporting multi-country environments, consulting firms, or managed service providers (MSPs).
