As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong automotive recruitment expertise.📍 Location: Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, UAE💰 Salary: Up to AED 7,000 (All-inclusive)📅 Joining: Immediate Joiners OnlyKey Responsibilities* Drive proactive talent acquisition, identifying and engaging qualified candidates ahead of hiring needs.* Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple EVS branches.* Handle both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, with a strong focus on automotive technical positions.* Recruit Automotive Technicians, Mechanics, Service Advisors, Workshop Supervisors, and corporate professionals.* Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking.* Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.* Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE Labour Law and applicable employment regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE recruitment experience.* Automotive industry recruitment experience is mandatory.* Proven experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.* Strong proactive sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.* Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and recruitment compliance.* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.* Must be UAE-based and available to join immediately.We are looking for someone who goes beyond filling vacancies, a proactive recruiter who identifies top talent, builds strong networks, and delivers results.
