- Team Leader: 1โ2 years of experience in US Logistics Brokerage / Freight Brokerage operations.
- Operations Manager: 1+ years of experience in US Logistics Brokerage / Freight Brokerage operations.๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Manage daily freight operations and ensure smooth shipment execution from pickup to delivery.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the operations team.
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, sales, and internal teams.
- Monitor load coverage, shipment status, escalations, and operational performance.
- Track KPIs, productivity, and targets while improving processes and service quality.
- Build strong carrier relationships and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
- Knowledge of US freight brokerage operations and equipment types such as Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and LTL.
- Experience in carrier management, load planning, and shipment coordination.
- Familiarity with TMS, DAT, Truckstop, or other freight tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
