We're a small team moving quickly, with the ambition to become a defining source of insight for the next era.The Role Live video is at the heart of MTS, and this role leads the technical side of everything we put on air. You'll own the studio and shoot setup, livestream operations, and the equipment and workflows behind them. As the anchor hire for our production team, you'll help define how we produce as we scale to more shows and live events.What you'll doRun livestreams end to end, including encoding, switching, audio, and real-time troubleshootingLead technical setup and execution for shoots, studios, and live eventsBuild and maintain our studio, equipment, and production workflowsShoot as needed and bring in freelance crew for larger productionsPartner with design and the founders to bring new show formats to airHelp build and grow the production teamWhat we're looking for 3–5+ years of experience in live production, broadcast engineering, or livestreamingDeep expertise in cameras, audio, lighting, switching, and streaming infrastructureA track record of running high-stakes live productions with composureStrong camera and photography skillsA body of work we can watch: shows, streams, or events you've producedBonus: film school or equivalent hands-on trainingWhy MTSThis is a rare opportunity to build the visual identity of a media company from the ground up.
