The IT team is growing its delivery function, so you will join a Director of Delivery and work directly with IT Directors, developers and business stakeholders in the U.S.About the roleWe are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager / Lead who plans, coordinates and delivers IT projects around warehouse operations, automation and ERP. This is not a pure coordinator seat: you understand the technical scope yourself, build the timelines, manage risks and dependencies, and drive process improvement. Developers, engineers and technical analysts ready to move into project management are welcome.What you will do* Plan and manage IT projects from kickoff through completion* Build project timelines, track milestones and coordinate resources across teams* Work with engineering teams to understand technical scope, complexity and implementation effort* Identify risks, dependencies and potential delivery delays, and communicate status and priorities to stakeholders* Analyze existing workflows and drive process improvement and organizational change* Support automation initiatives, including ERP-related workflows and JD Edwards Orchestrator* Maintain clear project documentation, decisions and process guidelinesWhat we are looking for* 7+ years in IT with a technical background: working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (C#, Java, SQL, JavaScript, etc.)* Project management experience with strong PM fundamentals, or a technical professional ready to transition into project management* Experience coordinating software development or IT operations teams and multiple stakeholders* Experience improving business processes and operational workflows* Strong analytical, organizational, communication and documentation skills* Advanced / fluent English (C1+)* Based in Latin America, available for significant U.S. Eastern Time overlap, including late afternoons and occasional evenings* Nice to have: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne / Orchestrator, ERP or warehouse automation, Agile/Scrum, Jira, SmartsheetWhat we offer* 100% remote work from Latin America* Full-time, long-term B2B contract, $5,000-6,500 USD per month* Direct collaboration with U.S.-based leadership and technical teams* Ownership of IT delivery and automation initiatives* 10 paid U.S. public holidays (vacation and sick leave unpaid)👉 Apply here on LinkedIn :)
