Technical Recruiter – Independent Consultant (Commission-Only) Remote | Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Contract Description We are looking for a strong technical recruiter to hire engineering and technology talent across the UAE and GCC. You will work independently on live technology mandates and earn 20% commission on every position you close. Key responsibilities Source and headhunt technical talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals and your own network Screen and interview candidates for technical depth and fit against client requirements Hire across AI/ML, software, mobile, IoT and smart home, DevOps, QA and product and design roles Present qualified candidates and manage them through the interview process Negotiate offers and manage candidates through to joining Maintain candidate records and updates in our ATS Bring your own candidates and, where possible, new client opportunities Requirements 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in the UAE or GCC, with a strong focus on technical hiring Proven track record of closing technical and engineering positions Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and finding passive candidates Good understanding of technology roles and stacks (for example Python, cloud, mobile, DevOps, data and AI), so you can screen with confidence and speak credibly with engineers A strong technical candidate network in Dubai and the GCC Presentable, with excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Valid UAE residency, with a freelance permit or trade licence (or the ability to obtain one) Your own laptop, phone and internet connection Benefits 20% commission on every position closed Uncapped earning potential Access to live, quality technology mandates Access to our ATS and branded recruitment documents Flexible working hours Before you apply, a few things to know 👇 💼 Commission-only partnership: you earn 20% on every placement you close.
