Telegram Community Manager

We're looking for a Telegram Community Manager to own that channel end to end. It's a hands-on role for someone who understands how Telegram communities really grow - and how to keep them active, safe and commercially valuable.You'll be responsible for building, moderating and scaling channels and groups, running the promotional calendar, and using bots and automation to keep everything running smoothly. It would suit someone who has already grown a sizeable Telegram audience and wants the freedom to shape the strategy rather than follow one.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow large-scale Telegram channels and groupsPlan and deliver engagement, growth and retention strategiesRun promotions, giveaways and community campaignsSet up and maintain bots and automation workflowsModerate content, manage anti-spam measures and protect community qualityTrack performance analytics and report on growth and engagement

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience managing and growing large Telegram communitiesStrong working knowledge of Telegram channels, groups, bots and automationTrack record in community engagement, growth and promotional campaignsExperience with moderation and anti-spam toolingComfortable analysing performance data and optimising accordinglyiGaming, betting or crypto experience a strong advantage
