The company serves diverse industries by supplying and installing advanced luminaires and lamps tailored to customer needs.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in Lebanon. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the full tender cycle, including reviewing tender documents, identifying requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to collect technical and commercial information. The role involves preparing competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications, and monitoring tender deadlines and submissions. The Tendering Specialist will collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize pricing and terms, track tender outcomes, and maintain accurate records and databases. The position also requires continuous market and competitor analysis to support strategic bidding and contribute to business growth.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Tender Management and Proposal Writing skills, with experience handling complete tender processes and preparing detailed technical and commercial offers.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review tender requirements, evaluate risks, and perform pricing and cost comparisons.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders, liaise with clients, and present proposals clearly.Candidates should possess Procurement knowledge to support sourcing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and align material and service costs with tender strategies.Relevant experience in tendering or contracts within electrical engineering, lighting solutions is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is beneficial.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with ERP or tendering software is an advantage.Ability to work accurately under deadlines, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
