This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of autonomous mobility!HireArt is partnering with an on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company to hire a Training Supervisor – Vehicle Operations to oversee training programs, support team development, and ensure the highest standards of operational performance.🔹 Key Responsibilities✅ Oversee daily training operations and monitor learner progression.✅ Coordinate training schedules, sessions, and resources.✅ Train and support trainers and mentors while maintaining quality standards.✅ Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).✅ Facilitate classroom, hands-on, and simulated training sessions.✅ Update training materials, presentations, and assessments.✅ Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.✅ Collaborate with managers and project teams to improve training efficiency and performance.✅ Participate in service missions to maintain proficiency in standard operating procedures (SOPs).🔹 Required Qualifications✔️ At least 12 months of experience as a fully trained vehicle operator at Zoox.✔️ 1–3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry.✔️ Knowledge of vehicle testing procedures.✔️ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.✔️ Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.✔️ Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities.✔️ Willingness to travel to other locations for training support.✔️ Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.📌 Important Application Requirements:Candidates must meet the applicable driver's license and driving-record requirements.
