They need leaders who can bring structure, keep business and IT aligned and make sure the change lands with the people who use it. As Transformation Lead / Senior Project Manager, you take ownership of that journey from plan to adoption.You will:Lead transformation programs and complex projects from business case and plan through to delivery and adoptionRun ERP and HR platform implementations together with business owners, HR, IT and system integrators, with clear governance, milestones and risk managementLead HR transformation initiatives such as new HR operating models, HR processes and the move to modern HCM platformsSet up and lead steering committees, and give senior stakeholders the information they need to make decisionsDrive change management so that new processes and tools, including AI, are actually usedHelp clients identify where AI can create real value in their processes and turn the best ideas into practical initiativesUse AI in your own delivery to plan, analyse and communicate fasterYour background:7+ years of experience leading transformation programs or complex projects, as a consultant or in a leading internal roleA track record of delivering change in large organisations with many stakeholders, across both business and ITExperience from ERP implementations (for example SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or IFS) or HR transformation platforms (for example Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM) is a strong plusPractical AI fluency: you use AI tools in your daily work and understand what AI can and cannot do for a businessStrong stakeholder management, comfortable working with steering committees and senior leadershipA structured, pragmatic and business-oriented way of workingFluent Swedish and EnglishStrong pluses:Certification in project management or change management (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci or ADKAR)Experience from HR, payroll or workforce management processesExperience from manufacturing, supply chain, retail or other industries with complex processesExperience from consulting and client-facing rolesWhat we offer:Ownership of clients and assignments from day oneTransformation programs at the intersection of business, technology and AICompetitive salaryCompetence development, including The Quest and summer classes at Haas School of Business, UC BerkeleyReady to lead the change?Apply today with your CV and tell us briefly about a transformation you are proud of.
