Transportation Operations Manager

Role Description The Transportation Operations Manager at ParkPoint Saudi will oversee daily transportation activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service within the Riyadh Region. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for planning routes, coordinating vehicle and driver schedules, and monitoring performance to optimize operations. The position includes managing vendor and partner relationships, resolving service issues, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The manager will track key operational metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and cost effectiveness. Collaborating with internal teams, the Transportation Operations Manager will also lead and develop staff, support customer needs, and contribute to strategic planning for transportation services.Qualifications Strong expertise in Transportation Operations and Transportation Management.Proficiency in Operations Management with a focus on optimizing logistics and fleet utilization.Experience in Supply Chain Management, including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.Experience managing teams in an operations or transportation environment.Ability to analyze data, use transportation or fleet management software, and prepare clear operational reports.Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements in the Riyadh Region and broader Saudi market.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English; Arabic
