We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact finance leader to help scale the organization to the next level.The OpportunityThis is not a traditional Controller role. We are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking VP of Finance who will own financial planning and analysis, drive business insights, and partner closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives.You’ll lead a small team and play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, operational performance, and expansion efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningBuild and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-makingPartner with leadership to drive data-driven insights across operations, pricing, and profitabilitySupport and evaluate M&A opportunities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planningDevelop KPIs and reporting dashboards to track business performanceImprove financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities as the company scalesLead, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing finance teamAct as a key business partner across departments to support growth and operational efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For8–15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic financeStrong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business analyticsExposure to or involvement in M&A transactions (evaluation, diligence, or integration)Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentA builder mindset — someone who thrives in creating structure, not just maintaining itStrong communication skills and ability to influence senior leadershipExperience managing or mentoring a teamIndustry experience is not required.Who You AreA go-getter and self-starter who takes ownership and drives outcomesComfortable rolling up your sleeves while also thinking strategicallyEnergized by growth, change, and building something meaningfulNaturally curious, analytical, and solutions-orientedExcited to play a key role in scaling a strong, already successful businessWhy JoinEstablished, reputable company with deep roots and strong leadershipClear opportunity to make a visible impact on growth and strategyExposure to M&A and expansion initiativesCollaborative, values-driven culture with long-term stabilityFlexibility across multiple Gulf Coast locations
