Wealth Manager
تمرة المالية | Tamra Capital · Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Tailor my CV for this job — freeRole Summary
Tamra Capital is Saudi Arabia's first robo-advisor and the only profitable CMA-licensed robo-advisory platform in the Kingdom. This role will be Tamra's first human advisor, serving clients from across our investor base. The role will serve an initial cohort of clients and grow their balances, work the database to activate clients who fit our advisory profile, bring in new affluent clients through referrals and networks, and write the playbook that the next advisors will follow.Working at Tamra:Our six values are Impact, Integrity, Belonging, Transparency, Ownership and Empowerment. In this seat they mean you are measured on retention and documented advice, not on sales; you say no to a client when suitability says no; and you own the playbook, including the parts of the model that turn out to be wrong.
Responsibilities
Own a book of clients: a welcome call, a written plan built on their goals, an annual review, and a person to call at life events and market shocks — within our model portfolios and the CMA's suitability rules. Higher-value relationships get a dedicated relationship at a far lower ratio.Grow the book: a tailored engagement plan for each client to raise balances, regular contributions and reinvestment — as advice that fits the plan, never as a sales push.Activate the database: with the Data lead, work prioritized lists of clients whose balance, income and deposit pattern match our advisory profile but who sit in a lower tier or have gone quiet, and bring them into the tiers.Bring in new affluent clients — business owners, senior executives, wealthy families — through referrals, professional networks, partnerships and events, and take them from first conversation to onboarding, funding and first investment. Larger relationships only where our model portfolios fit their needs.Write the playbook as you run it: review cadence, call scripts, the documentation standard, escalation to the investment team, and what the AI-tools must show an advisor.Document every recommendation the way the CMA expects: suitability on file, advice in writing, complaints handled within policy.Report monthly on what clients ask for — Harvest, monthly distribution, private markets, zakat — to the CRO, CIO and CVO, so the advisory and product answers come from one place.Grow your client base steadily over the first year, using the platform to handle routine tasks. Once the support tools are fully activated, you will be expected to manage a significantly larger client portfolio in the years ahead.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business administration. A master's degree is an advantage.CME-1 (General Securities Qualification Certificate) in hand, and CMA registration as an investment advisor, or eligibility to register within three months of joining. No client is advised before registration.A clean record that meets the CMA's fit-and-proper requirements for registered persons.CFA (any level), CFP or CWM is an advantage. An Islamic finance qualification (CIFE, AAOIFI CSAA or similar) is an advantage.Five or more years with affluent clients in Saudi Arabia, in priority or premier banking and in private banking or wealth management, with retention and growth numbers you can show.Native-level Arabic and professional English, spoken and written.Working proficiency in a CRM and portfolio dashboards, and comfort with digital tools. What You Bring:The habit of explaining portfolios, fees, zakat and Sharia screening in plain words.A digital-first way of working: you work from the app, a CRM and dashboards, not a branch.Comfort with AI-tool recommendations: you review them, override them when they are wrong, and own every piece of advice that goes out under your name. The temperament for a pilot: you write the process while you run it, and you tell us when the model is wrong.
