CareFor EAP emphasizes a collaborative approach with employers to create sustainable, supportive work environments.Role DescriptionAs a Well-being Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering tailored well-being programs and initiatives for our multinational client organizations, spanning from initial scoping through to execution and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure well-being programs are executed on time and within scope.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating effectively between internal teams (clinical psychologists, counselors,…), external partners, and client representatives.Training & Content Development: Design high-quality, engaging lecture slides and presentation materials for well-being workshops and training programs.Platform Operations: Expertly manage and facilitate online training sessions across various digital learning and webinar platforms.Performance Tracking: Track key performance metrics, prepare comprehensive project documentation, and generate reports to analyze program impact.Continuous Improvement: Support program design and continuous optimization to ensure an exceptional experience for clients and their workforces.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is required.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with multinational clients.Experience: Proven experience in project management, tracking deliverables, and managing cross-functional timelines.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in designing professional lecture slides and training decks.
