Job Responsibilities
· Create high-quality 3D architectural renderings and realistic visualizations.· Develop interior and exterior perspectives based on architectural drawings and design concepts.· Prepare 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials.· Coordinate with architects and designers to meet project requirements.· Revise renderings based on client feedback and project specifications.
Requirements
· Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage.· Proficient in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or D5 Render.· Knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop.· Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.· Good communication and teamwork skills.· A PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO IS A MUST.
