We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team and bring our luxury real estate developments to life through high-quality, photorealistic visualizations.We are seeking a creative professional with a strong eye for detail and experience in architectural visualization, particularly in luxury residential developments, villas, and master-planned communities.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of architectural designs, interiors, exteriors, and landscapes.Develop compelling visual presentations for luxury residential and villa development projects.Interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and design concepts into realistic 3D visuals.Collaborate closely with the design, architecture, and development teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.Produce high-quality images, materials, lighting, textures, and environments that reflect the intended design and project vision.Revise and refine visualizations based on feedback from the team and management.RequirementsProven experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably within real estate development, architecture, or design.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualizations, particularly for luxury villas and residential projects.Proficiency in relevant 3D visualization softwares.Good understanding of architectural drawings, materials, lighting, textures, and composition.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet project deadlines.Experience in the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
