Join a growing brand that values innovation, quality and regional market knowledge.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site AI Marketing Manager role in Dubai. You will own marketing for Luxodor Oils’ wholesale, B2B-focused e-commerce business, acquiring and growing both business clients and individual wholesale buyers through our Shopify store, LinkedIn, Meta and Google. You will use AI tools to plan, produce and optimise campaigns, manage social media and content, work closely with the sales team, and report on leads, cost per lead, online revenue and repeat orders.Qualifications5+ years in digital marketing, with a strong B2B or wholesale focus.Proven experience generating leads and acquiring business clients through LinkedIn, email marketing and content.Hands-on experience growing a Shopify (or similar) e-commerce store that sells to trade or wholesale buyers.3+ years running performance campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. LinkedIn Ads experience is required.Experience with email marketing and automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar) and CRM-based lead nurturing.Hands-on management of monthly ad budgets of USD 5,000 or more.Daily, practical use of AI tools for copy, visuals, video and analysis.Strong analytics skills: GA4, Shopify analytics and campaign tracking.Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, raw materials or another B2B supply business is a strong advantage.Fluent English is required.
