Restaurants Area Manager

Our company is looking for a professional and passionate Area Manager to join our company to leads all aspects of Operations for multiple branches, CK and events in Dubai and soon Abu Dhabi. This includes launching new opening new branches in UAE, improving profitability, customer service, managing delivery, brand image, SOP development and staff training.We'll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.Operations Manager Responsibilities:Mange day to day operations of branches, events and CK by being on the floorMeets restaurant financial objectives Establishes and implement restaurant business plan; preparing financial, marketing, and sales projections.Controls P&L of assigned branches and CKControl purchases and inventory by collaborating with Finance Team;Maintains operations by developing and following policies and standard operating procedures;Maintains Customers satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements.Accomplishes restaurants human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staffMaintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment to achieve municipality grade AMaintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industryAccomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; Finally, our greatest asset is our positive, professional and ambitious employees who we call "companions".
