The organization values innovation, agility, and client-centric service in every engagement.Role Description The Senior Real Estate Consultant will provide expert advisory services to clients seeking to establish, expand, or optimize real estate holdings in Dubai and the wider region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, where the consultant will work closely with clients to identify investment opportunities, conduct market analysis, and guide them through property acquisition, leasing, and portfolio optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their objectives, preparing financial and market feasibility reports, coordinating property viewings, and negotiating terms with developers, landlords, and other stakeholders. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams involved in business setup, global trade, and strategic advisory to align real estate strategies with wider business goals. Additional tasks include staying updated on local regulations, free zone and mainland property frameworks, and developing proposals and presentations that clearly communicate recommendations to decision-makers.QualificationsProven experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or investment advisory, preferably at a senior level in Dubai or the GCC region.Strong skills in market research, financial analysis, and feasibility assessment for commercial and residential properties.Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, free zone and mainland structures, licensing requirements, and compliance frameworks.Ability to build and manage client relationships, negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and close complex transactions.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in business setup, trade, or strategic consulting to deliver integrated solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., RERA) are a plus.
