We’re looking for an AI Operations & Agentic Systems Builder to develop AI agents, automate workflows, and improve our daily operations.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy AI agents using tools such as OpenClaw, Manus, AntiGravity, and custom LLM workflows to automate candidate sourcing, job indexing, and operational processes. Integrate APIs, webhooks, n8n, Make, and Python scripts to streamline workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks. Develop data pipelines and work with vector databases to improve AI-powered search and job matching. Build internal tools, dashboards, and prototypes using Python and React. Monitor system performance, analyze operational metrics, and continuously improve automation accuracy and operational efficiency.QualificationsProficiency in Python and a solid understanding of APIs, databases, backend services, and workflow automation. Familiarity with AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and automation tools. Experience with n8n, Make, React, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, learn quickly, and take ownership of projects.
