AI Proxy Product Owner

About the role:We are looking for an AI Proxy Product Owner, based in Egypt, to act as the operationalcounterpart to the Global Head of Platform across the entire project. You will work withdevelopers, engineering leads and stakeholders across all teams and locations totranslate product priorities into clear, valuable and predictable delivery.Your role is to ensure that developers understand both what they are building and why itmatters, that backlogs reflect agreed priorities, and that progress, risks and decisions arevisible across the project. You will take ownership of day-to-day product coordination anddelivery follow-up across workstreams.Key responsibilitiesCross-team coordination and delivery ownership

• Act as the primary operational product contact across all teams, regardless oflocation.
• Coordinate day-to-day product execution across workstreams, ensuring alignmentwith shared platform priorities.
• Work with engineering leads to establish realistic sprint goals and delivery forecasts.
• Maintain a consolidated view of progress against the roadmap, identifying slippageearly and proposing corrective actions.
• Make capacity constraints, unplanned work and competing commitments visibleacross teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and handoffs, ensuring clear ownership andagreed timelines.AI Proxy Product Owner
• Proactively resolve blockers and escalate issues with a clear explanation of theirimpact, available options and recommended action.
• Ensure decisions and changes are communicated consistently to all affected teamsand followed through.Scope and decision-makingThe role is based in Egypt and has a project-wide remit covering all teams andworkstreams.Role Owns Global Head of Platform Product vision, roadmap, major prioritisation decisions and stakeholder commitments.
