Android Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Android Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin and Java. The ideal candidate will drive mobile architecture, establish engineering best practices, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Android application development, architecture, and technical design.Define coding standards, best practices, and scalable application architectures.Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence.Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and Backend teams.Manage CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and Google Play Store deployments.Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.Optimize application performance, stability, security, and user experience.Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, technical roadmaps, and continuous improvement.Required SkillsStrong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose.Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, Coroutines, Flow, Room, and REST APIs.Knowledge of Firebase, unit testing, CI/CD, Git, and Android Studio.Strong technical leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
