APAC Human Resources Operations Manager (Investment Fund & Clean Energy Industry)Role overviewA growing investment firm operating across multiple jurisdictions is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead core people processes and workplace operations across APAC. The role combines hands-on HR delivery with business partnering, advising leaders on workforce needs, organisational effectiveness, and employee matters.Key responsibilitiesPeople and business partneringPartner with senior leaders on workforce planning, team structure, organisational change, and succession needs.Advise managers on performance, development, engagement, and employee relations.Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, work authorisation, onboarding, benefits, and offboarding.Maintain HR policies, systems, records, and reporting in line with local requirements.Coordinate employee engagement, internal communications, and responses to grievances or reported incidents.Oversee HR service providers, contracts, and renewal timelines.OperationsSupport policy reviews and coordinate technology and information-security practices with internal teams and service providers.Manage IT-provider relationships, procurement, and contracts for equipment and business services.Coordinate Singapore office operations and support firmwide projects.Experience and skillsSeven or more years of experience in HR operations and business partnering, ideally in a small or mid-sized organisation.Experience supporting teams across countries or regulatory environments.Investment management, renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, or related sector experience is an advantage.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; confident handling sensitive matters.Practical, organised, and comfortable using HR systems and workplace technology to improve processes.Additional languages are welcome.
