Assistant Bar Manager

CÉ LA VI Dubai is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and leadership-driven Assistant Bar Manager to oversee daily beverage operations, lead the bar team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our world-class venue.Assistant Bar Manager Responsibilities:Lead all day-to-day bar operations, serving as the main operational representative for the venue's bars.Oversee the entire beverage program, evaluating cocktail selections, guest feedback, and pricing effectiveness.Monitor pour cost control and ensure competitive, accurate pricing across all bar offerings.Maintain strict safety, hygiene, and operating standards, regularly reviewing and improving operational procedures.Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction, service standards, and team performance.Supervise, mentor, and support Bartenders and Barbacks, ensuring complete team training and deep product knowledge across all cocktail menus.Foster high energy, friendly service, and a proactive "can-do" team environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of bartending and supervisory experience, ideally within a high-volume, luxury hospitality or nightlife environment.Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to guide bar staff.Solid business acumen regarding beverage operations, pour cost control, and inventory flow.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external guests.Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods and handle the physical demands of a fast-paced venue.Exceptional grooming habits and a polished, professional presentation.If you are ready to bring your bar leadership expertise to one of Dubai’s most iconic venues, we would love to see your resume and hear from you!The CÉ LA VI Group is a premier lifestyle and hospitality brand renowned for its commitment to delivering elevated experiences at iconic locations around the world.
