Assistant Procurement Manager

Driven by reliability, precision, and uncompromising quality, we specialize in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) services with a strong focus on engineering excellence and safety.With ISO 9001:2015 certification and as an IGBC Member, we are committed to quality, compliance, and timely delivery, creating enduring spaces that are crafted to perform and designed to last.Role Description: Manage procurement activities for construction and EPC projects as per project requirements.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services to project sites.Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.Monitor procurement costs, supplier performance, and delivery schedules.Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure material availability as per project timelines.Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or Engineering.MBA or PGDM preferred.- Experience:4–6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing/EPC environments.Supervisory experience preferred.
