We are partnering with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Associate – Insolvency & Dispute Resolution to join its Dubai office, with a focus on complex disputes and insolvency matters across the Middle East.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded lawyer to work on sophisticated, high-value, cross-border matters involving financial institutions, corporations, investment funds and other institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on complex commercial litigation, corporate and shareholder disputes, and financial services-related matters.Handle contentious insolvency, restructuring, liquidations, receiverships and debt recovery matters.Support clients on asset recovery, enforcement proceedings and regulatory investigations.Manage complex legal matters while maintaining strong client relationships.Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice across the Middle East.Candidate Requirements:5–7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) gained within an international law firm.England & Wales qualification is essential, including qualification through the SQE route.Strong experience in commercial dispute resolution, insolvency and/or restructuring.Exposure to complex, cross-border disputes involving corporate and financial services clients.Excellent technical legal skills, commercial awareness and client management capabilities.Previous offshore jurisdiction experience would be advantageous but is not essential.DUE TO THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED, ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
