Back Office ManagerRoseva FX | Dubai, UAE | Full-time, on-siteAbout the roleRoseva FX is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Back Office Manager to oversee daily back-office operations and ensure the efficient management of client accounts, transactions, and operational processes.The successful candidate will work closely with the Risk Management, Compliance, Sales, and Technical departments to maintain operational efficiency, ensure accurate processing of client requests, and deliver a high standard of service.Previous professional experience within the Forex/CFD brokerage industry is strictly mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily back-office operations, client account administration, and CRM management.Manage client onboarding, account verification, KYC documentation, and account approvals.Supervise deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, and payment processing.Coordinate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to resolve transaction-related issues.Provide operational and technical support for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform.Manage client inquiries, support tickets, and account-related requests.Collaborate with Risk Management, Compliance, Sales, and Technical teams to resolve operational matters.Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and overall efficiency.Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant back-office experience within a Forex/CFD brokerage company is mandatory.Proven experience with Forex brokerage CRM systems and MT5 trading account administration.Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC/AML procedures, and brokerage operations.Hands-on experience with deposits, withdrawals, payment processing, and PSP coordination.Familiarity with Forex trading operations and client account management.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.What We OfferOpportunity to join a growing Forex and CFD brokerage company in Dubai.Professional and collaborative working environment.Career development and growth opportunities.Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.
