Group Chief Executive Officer

Role Description The Group Chief Executive Officer will provide overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership for AST Assessoria em Serviços Terceirizados Ltda., overseeing multiple business units and service lines. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and executing group strategy, guiding business planning, and ensuring that financial and operational targets are met. The role will involve leading senior management teams, monitoring performance indicators, and making data-informed decisions to drive growth in existing and new markets. The Group CEO will represent the company with key clients and partners, lead high-level sales and business development initiatives, and ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management across the organization.QualificationsStrong financial acumen with experience in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.Proven expertise in Operations Management, with a track record of optimizing processes, resources, and service delivery across multiple units.Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including setting long-term objectives and translating them into actionable plans.Experience driving Sales growth, business development, and client relationship management at a senior or executive level.Extensive executive leadership experience, ideally as CEO or in C-suite roles, with accountability for group-level results.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at board and client levels.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, managing teams and stakeholders across locations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent executive education is an advantage.Experience in professional services, outsourcing, or advisory firms, with an understanding of regional and international market dynamics.
