We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on Barista to join the opening team of our upcoming grab-and-go coffee kiosk in Bengaluru.If you enjoy making coffee, interacting with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.What you’ll doPrepare espresso-based drinks, cold coffees, and signature beverages to our recipes and quality standards.Help customers choose their coffee, explain the menu, and recommend food pairings and combos.Handle counter orders, billing, digital payments, and app-based pickup orders accurately.Serve and pack food and beverages neatly, ensuring quick and accurate order handovers.Maintain hygiene across the coffee station, equipment, utensils, and service counter.Follow opening and closing checklists, including machine cleaning and daily stock checks.Monitor ingredients, packaging, and food freshness; flag replenishment needs and minimise wastage.Work closely with the team to keep service smooth during peak hours.What we’re looking forIdeally 6 months–2 years of experience as a barista or in café operations specifically at leading chains like Starbucks, Third Wave etc. Good knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and coffee equipment.A warm, customer-first attitude and clear communication skills.Attention to cleanliness, consistency, and order accuracy.Comfort with POS systems and digital orders.Why join us?Be part of the opening team for TCR’s new kiosk.Learn about specialty coffee, brewing, and beverage preparation.Gain hands-on experience across coffee service and kiosk operations.Grow with an expanding Indian coffee brand.Compensation: Based on experience and skills.
