About the RoleKIKO MILANO is looking for passionate and customer-oriented UAE Nationals to join our retail team as Beauty Advisors across the United Arab Emirates under our Emiratization initiative.This is an excellent opportunity for Emirati candidates who are passionate about beauty, makeup, and customer service and are looking to develop their careers in the retail beauty industry.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide personalized beauty consultations.Recommend suitable makeup products, shades, and beauty solutions based on customer needs.Demonstrate makeup techniques and share product knowledge.Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.Maintain product displays, visual merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.Support stock replenishment and ensure products are presented attractively.Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions.Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.RequirementsUAE National – mandatory for Emiratization eligibility.Passion for makeup, cosmetics, and beauty trends.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.Sales-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.Willingness to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Previous experience in beauty retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.LocationMultiple locations across the UAE.
