Location: UAE / RemoteAbout UsICAN MENA is a management consultancy supporting public and private sector organizations across strategy, organizational development, talent management, and leadership advisory.We are expanding our network of certified behavioural and psychometric assessors to support leadership assessments, executive selection, and talent development engagements.About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Behavioural & Psychometric Assessors to conduct structured assessments, interpret psychometric results, and provide evidence-based insights into leadership capabilities, behavioural competencies, personality, and development potential.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and interpret psychometric assessments.Conduct competency-based interviews and structured behavioural assessments.Evaluate leadership potential, behavioural competencies, and development needs.Prepare comprehensive assessment reports with actionable recommendations.Deliver individual feedback sessions to candidates and clients.RequirementsBPS Level A & B certification (mandatory).Demonstrated experience using Saville, SHL, or Hogan assessment tools (mandatory).Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in psychometric and behavioural assessments.Proven experience assessing senior management and executive-level professionals.Strong understanding of psychometric principles, competency frameworks, and behavioural interviewing.Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.Arabic and English proficiency is highly desirable.Experience working with government entities or large organizations in the GCC is an advantage.Interested candidates are invited to share their CV, BPS certifications, relevant tool accreditations, and a summary of their assessment experience.For more information, please visit www.icanmena.com.
