Location: Kochi / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support the development, coordination, and management of BIM models for construction and engineering projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and manage 3D BIM models based on project requirements.Prepare and update architectural, structural, or MEP models and drawings.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling discrepancies.Extract quantities, prepare schedules, and generate project documentation from BIM models.Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and quality requirements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Good understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP systems.Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and technical documentation.Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on international projects.Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM execution plans.Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination and model quality checks.Note: Candidates with relevant BIM experience across architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines are welcome to apply.
