The Branch Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, and maintaining food quality standards. They will manage budgets, drive sales targets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. The Branch Manager will also handle team training and development to maintain high performance and exceptional hospitality standards.QualificationsTeam Leadership and Staff Management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams.Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure an outstanding guest experience.Experience with Budget Management, Sales Strategy, and achieving financial targets.Proficiency in Operations Management, Inventory Control, and handling logistics in a restaurant setting.Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards for restaurant operations.Problem-solving and Decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively.Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
